Yoga-to-go - Virya Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes designed to accommodate all ability levels, from beginners through advanced yogis and yoginis. You can choose from private, semi-private or group lessons in your home, office, or workplace.

Virya Yoga can come to your workplace and customize a yoga practice for you and your employees during lunch hour or after work.

Athletes and Coaches – Athletes of all levels have found that yoga improves athletic performance by training them to focus on the breath, calm nerves before a big race or game and develop a conscious awareness of the mind/body connection.
